Your graduation ceremony will take place on
Thursday, September 25th, 2025
at Venu Event Space in Vaughan.

Please note all students must register and pay their registration fee in order to take part in their convocation ceremony. Deadline for registration is Friday, August 1st.
How to register for your Convocation ceremony:
1 – Click on the “Login” button on the left side of your screen.
2 – If this is your first time accessing the Convocation 2025 portal, click on “Forgot your password” to reset it. You will be prompted to enter your email address (please use the same email address that you received the convocation notification at – your personal email address), and you should receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password.
3 – Once you have reset your password, click the “Click here to purchase your ticket” button, located at the left of your screen.
4 – Add your Student Registration to your cart. Guest ticket will be available from Aug. 2, 2025.
5 – Go to your cart, fill in your information where required, and click “Proceed to checkout” to continue the checkout process.
6 – Enter your credit card information to pay the registration fee.
7 – Once your payment is submitted, you will receive a confirmation by email and you will be able to download your student ticket from the menu “Order History”. Please note you must use the QR Code found on your student ticket to collect your gown and control card at the event.
